LED Power Supply Potting Materials


Characteristic:

  • Has excellent electric resistance and thermal conductivity.
  • Has moisture resistance, shock proof.
  • It could make the electronic components work well on the rigorous conditions.
  • Ratio : 1:1.

Application:

TCS-260: Used for encapsulating of electrical components, high-voltage components, the indoor and outdoor LED electronic display boards, LED traffic signals and coating of circuit boards and so on.

TCS-270F, TCS270-260: Used for LED Power Supply, and the same as TCS-260.

TCS270-260D: Used for LED Power Supply.

TCS270-260DK, TCS270-260DD: Applied for the components required heat conductive and waterproof in Power Supply or HID lighting.

Package:

10KG/Plastic pail or 25KG/Plastic pail.

Note:

It can’t contact the vulcanizing agent of the condensation silicone rubber, otherwise the catalyst will cease to be in force and the rubber won’t be vulcanized. Some chemicals including amine, sulfocompound, phosphoric compound and metal salt can lead to that the product won’t be vulcanized.
